Overview

Kyle grew up in Spring Hill, Florida.  In 2017, he graduated from Ohio Valley University with degrees in Criminal Justice and Psychology. In addition to his full-time class schedule, he was a Division II varsity lacrosse and soccer scholarship athlete.  After graduating, he attended the University of Florida Levin College of Law where he competed on the trial team.  Kyle received his J.D. in December of 2020.

Kyle’s interest in representing policyholders originally began while he was living in his hometown.  Several of his family and friends’ homes were damaged by sinkhole activity which affects large portions of west central Florida.  After listening to his loved ones describe all the difficulties they had with their insurance companies after they submitted their insurance claims, Kyle knew what he wanted to do in the future.

Throughout his time in law school, Kyle worked as a law clerk at one of the largest first-party property firms in the country.  That is where he first met Craig and Kelly Kubiak, and what fed his passion even more for representing policyholders in disputes with their insurance companies.  After graduating law school and passing the bar exam, Kyle began his legal career as an associate attorney at that firm.  He exclusively represented policyholders across the state of Florida whose insurance companies were not living up to their promise to be there for them when they suffered a loss.

When he isn’t working Kyle can be found playing hockey, practicing archery, and rooting for the Florida Gators.
