Overview

Daniel King has a wealth of litigation experience and currently concentrates his practice on fighting for the rights of Florida’s policyholders. He began his legal career at the Office of the State Attorney in the Fourteenth Judicial Circuit in Panama City, Florida. As an assistant state attorney Daniel prosecuted hundreds of cases and was lead trial attorney in multiple jury trials. After serving the people of Florida, he worked for two of the largest insurance defense law firms in the state of Florida where he represented several of the largest insurers in the country in property damage and bodily injury claims.  Additionally, Daniel honed his legal research and writing by working on several appeals with a team of highly experienced lawyers, including a former Florida District Court of Appeals judge.  Daniel now uses his litigation background and experience in seeking justice for Florida property owners.

Originally from Hauppauge, New York, Daniel earned his B.S. from the State University of New York, at Oneonta. Daniel then attended Stetson University College of Law where he was a member of the nationally ranked Moot Court Board. Daniel earned his J.D. and was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2020.

In his free time, Daniel enjoys spending time with his wife and son, as well as playing golf and staying active.
